Hi, I keep coming back to this video just to hear about Bois Rogue. I realised you never ever see this listed on any of the markeplaces, unless its one of those small sample bottles, its almost as if Bois Rogue in its 50ml presentation never existed, but we know it did. Would you know of anybody who would have a bottle in the fragrance community who would part ways for the right price?

Babycat, with its smokey vanilla suede accords, is intoxicating. Another Dominic Ropien winner. Tuxedo is, IMO, overrated and, beyond the intriguing violet leaf opening, not all that interesting. Haven't managed to try any of the others. As with all designer fragrances, performance leaves much to be desired. Don't bother looking for projection or sillage - they aren't there to be found.

Why haven't you uploaded new videos, Master Steve? You no longer split fragrances at FRAGRANCE SWAP? Why?

They most likely reformulated the scent every single time so it smelled differently, they wanted to squeeze as much money as possible. so the early years of aventus are the only good ones.

Check out LYRIC by Navitus Parfums. I just got TUXEDO & AMBRE NUIT. Love them both, tuxedo was talked about a lot I enjoy it but I like Ambre nuit more currently

The finest fragrances you can buy in the mall. If you’re familiar with artisanal oriental houses, it’s not as special. But if you’re limited to what you can grab at Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Harrods or the duty free … it’s a real experience.

I understand what you mean, I feel like there are a select few which everyone who knows something about fragrances will know of and want to own ie Enigma and possibly some of his new parfum cologne creations (making it cheaper and more accessible in 100ml) like Elysium. But like all luxury brands they pride themselves on their price tag and "not being for everyone" and similarly like all luxury brands some products outsell others whereas other products are simply just at the pricepoint because of the brand instead of being there on actual merrit. For me I just got Enigma because I had heard non stop about it being one of the best on the market for what it does, and so far it's lived up to the price, though it did take me a while to be convinced into paying upwards of 400-500 for a bottle on twisted lily. One of the biggest detterants is not just the price but the actual bottle size. I have 8.4 oz bottle of ysl Tuxedo for just over 400 dollars which to me took little convincing myself that it was justified but then the 60 ml bottle of enigma for a similar price so its the ml per dollar rate that would almost make it seem like overpriced juice even if its not. I can just understand a lot of people not wanting to take the jump or people who would rather the parfum cologne version instead of the parfum bottle.

Sweetie Oud is an outstanding juice!! Stating it was a bad creation seems rather infantile… not liking something is fine … but dumping on it like that is just kinda … well… dumb sounding

Cuir is my favourite from the line. I have a bottle, and the sprayers do chuck out a lot of juice. 3 sprays and its on my skin for the whole day, and is on clothes for 2 days no joke!!
